You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Antidote909 for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Antidote909 may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. Antidote909 is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these Terms of Use. PURCHASE POLICY

Our goal at Antidote909 is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Antidote909.com. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference.

Tickets Purchase Policy
Antidote909 sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues which mean Antidote909 does not set the ticket prices or determine any seating locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, teams and theatres; prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Tickets purchased on Antidote909.com may be subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. When purchasing tickets on Antidote909.com, sometimes you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This amount is indicated on the order tickets page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Antidote909 aims to post all tickets within 7 working days unless otherwise noted. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us on info@antidote909.com as soon as possible. Antidote909 only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. For Guest List and Ticket Collection please see below. In some cases, tickets come from sources that do not make tickets available to us until 1-2 weeks prior to the event, in which case, there will be a delay in getting your tickets shipped to you. We can deliver to just about anywhere in the world. Our standard postal charges currently stand at :

UK Mainland : £3.00
Rest of world : £6.00

All deliveries are sent out via royal mail recorded delivery.
It is your responsibility to be available to accept the delivery. You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery location and authorize anybody at that address to act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. If for any reason your tickets are returned to us or could not be delivered we will attempt to contact you to arrange for another delivery attempt. If you are unavailable or you refuse delivery of your tickets we will place the tickets back for sale on consignment. Please take into account any potential delays such as adverse weather conditions as we are not responsible under any circumstances for timely delivery of your consignment tickets.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions.

Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Call Centres and box offices. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event, however Antidote909.com does not control this inventory or its availability.

For information about a purchase you've made, contact us, quoting your confirmation code given to you at the conclusion of placing an order.

Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and promoter. Full details are available on request.

2. Please check your tickets as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

3. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the event organiser. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

4. The management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser or promoter. The management may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

5. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

6. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. Antidote909 reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

7. Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

8. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue Management, Antidote909 master or one of their authorized sub-agents, it may be voided and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the venue.

9. The venue may operate a No Smoking policy.

10. The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs) and patron’s own food and drink may also be prohibited (please check with the venue).

11. The Promoter, venue Management and Antidote909 accept no responsibility for any personal property.

12. Patrons should be advised that official merchandise is usually only available inside the venue.

13. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and the Management reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.

14. There will be no pass-outs or re-admissions of any kind.

15. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

16. If a performance is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled performance, equivalent to the face value of the ticket. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered alternative performances (subject to availability) up to the seat value on the ticket.

17. All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

18. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations whilst attending the event.

19. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to eject you from the venue.

20. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.

Guest List Purchase Policy
Antidote909 also sells guest list spaces on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues which mean Antidote909 does not set the guest list prices or determine any seating locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, teams and theatres; prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been mad. When you receive your booking reference, please keep it in a safe place. Guest list purchased on Antidote909.com may be subject to a per person service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee. When purchasing tickets on Antidote909.com, sometimes you are limited to a specified number of guest list for each event. This amount is indicated on the order guest list page and is verified with every transaction.

This policy is in effect to discourage unfair buying practices. Once your order is confirmed by Antidote909.com, you will be given a guest list booking reference. You are responsible for keeping this safe as you will be asked to show it at the event to gain entrance. If for any reason you loose your guest list reference you can contact us to have a new one issued to you at no extra cost. Please note that we can only supply new guest list numbers if you can prove your original purchase.
